Who we are

Move as One Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers our Growth Audit website at growth.moveasone.co.uk, enquiries, call bookings and related purchases.

Information we collect

When you contact us or use our booking form, we collect your first and last name, email address and phone number, information about your business and website, your approximate monthly marketing spend, your marketing challenges and other information you choose to provide, plus appointment details, booking status and correspondence.

Our booking provider, iClosed, may save information as you progress through the form, even if you do not complete a booking.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people in your answers.

If you purchase a Growth Audit, we receive relevant billing and transaction information, including the service purchased, amount, currency, payment status and transaction reference. Stripe processes your payment details.

We also collect technical and usage information, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, advertising identifiers, website interactions and cookie preferences.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and understand your business needs.
  • Arrange calls, send booking communications and follow up on your enquiry.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver requested services.
  • Process payments and maintain financial records.
  • Operate, maintain and protect our website.
  • Understand website performance and measure advertising effectiveness.

We do not currently use this website's booking form to enrol you in newsletters or automated promotional email sequences.

Our lawful bases

We rely on the following bases, depending on the purpose:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, communicating with business representatives, managing customer relationships and protecting our services. We consider your rights and reasonable expectations when using information for these purposes.
  • Contract: taking steps you request before entering into a contract with you, and delivering services under that contract. Where you act on behalf of a company, our handling of your business contact details generally relies on legitimate interests.
  • Legal obligation: retaining and using information where required for accounting, tax or other legal duties.
  • Consent: using optional analytics and advertising technologies where consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to manage tracking tags, Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity, and Meta Pixel to measure advertising-related activity.

The landing-page analytics and advertising tags are configured to start after you grant the relevant permission through our cookie controls. Your preferences are saved in your browser.

You can accept or reject optional categories and change your choice through on the website.

We also use separate integrations:

  • iClosed's Meta integration reports activity within the booking process, including enquiries and completed bookings.
  • Stripe and Zapier support purchase-event reporting to Meta.

These integrations may share event details, technical identifiers and contact details in hashed form to help Meta match activity to users and measure advertising. Purchase reporting may include the transaction amount and currency. Hashed information can still be personal information.

The website's cookie controls do not currently govern all processing through these separate integrations. You can contact us to discuss your choices or object to advertising-related use of your information.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Who we share information with

We use providers that support our website and services, including:

  • Lovable and its hosting providers: website delivery.
  • iClosed: enquiry capture and appointment scheduling.
  • Google/Gmail: correspondence and website analytics.
  • Meta: advertising measurement and event matching.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Zapier: connecting payment and advertising systems.

Authorised team members, contractors and professional advisers may access relevant information where needed for their work. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some providers process information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices, as well as providing services to us.

International transfers

Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. For further information about international processing and the safeguards applicable to your information, contact info@moveasone.co.uk.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We determine retention by considering:

  • Whether your enquiry or our business relationship remains active.
  • Whether information is needed to deliver a service or follow up on your request.
  • Applicable accounting and legal obligations.
  • Whether records are needed to address complaints or legal claims.

iClosed contact and enquiry records remain in our account until deleted. Our Startup plan provides 30 days of conversation history in its Unified Inbox. This does not mean that contact records or separate copies of emails held in Gmail are deleted after 30 days.

You can contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained where another lawful reason applies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have rights to:

  • Access your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Restrict how information is used.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

You can object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time.

To exercise your rights, email info@moveasone.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

Required booking fields are marked on the form. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to arrange your appointment through the scheduler. You can contact us by email instead.

Complaints

Please contact us if you have concerns about how we handle your information. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or processing arrangements change. The latest version will be available on this page, with its update date shown above.
